She is understanding and great with children, speaking slowly and accommodating their needs. She has given our family the highest care for over 10 years. - Amanda Gibson Added July 20, 2022★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Optometrist was warned that my 8 year old child has ADHD and other diagnosis and would ask a lot of questions. Still was abrupt and talked over her when she asked what things were, and got frustrated when she pulled away from instruments when she didn't know what they were for as he hadn't explained what he was doing.
I paid off her glasses two weeks ago. I am still waiting for the text they will apparently send when her glasses are being sent off to be made. Are not providers linked into the NSW Spectacles Program. Getting three stars as their store is clean and their receptionists are lovely.
